Troxel Schooling Helmet, Smoke, Medium

I got the small size for my 5 year-old daughter. I had previously ordered Ovation Protege in S/M according to their description. However, the Ovation one was too big for her, did not fit tight even when I dialed it to the smallest. It also sat too low and my daughter could not see what was in front of her. Troxel Legacy looked big on her too when I got it, but I was able to fit it to her by using the dial. It looks very pretty in person, and my daughter liked the design of Troxel Legacy over Ovation Protege. The weight is pretty light (which is an important factor for me because I don't want it to strain her neck). I think Ovation one is lighter, but not by much difference. I cannot attest for its durability as I just bought it, but it looks sturdy enough. This seems to be made with high quality materials, and everything under the helmet is soft and smooth. Especially important because my daughter has eczema, and I don't want anything that is scratchy on her skin. The Ovation one did not have this quality under the helmet. Hopefully she doesn't fall and enjoy this for a long time.
