Works quickly

I ordered this in 2008 for times when I have lots of people staying or lots of coffee drinking company. Its fast and efficient. I've gotten 30 cups in 25 minutes. Every time I have used it people have complimented the coffee. Its not elegant, but thats ok. You can see how much coffee is left in the urn and that's a nice feature. The spigot is high enough to fit most cups and mugs, but none of the coffee urns are high enough to take one of the large paper cups. I know some people who use it for catering have reviewed it and have found that it doesn't last, but since I only use it once or month or less, my original one is doing well. This was the second one I bought. My Newcomers Club liked it so much when we used it at my house that they asked me to buy one for the club.

Junk....!!!!! Only been using it 6 months ...I was so happy with it to begin with ....everything was stainless steel no aluminum parts.....first the spout leaked every night when it cooled off ...then it stopped percolating ....no water comes up through the tube I have to wait till it gets hot then fill up my cup twenty times and manually make my own by pouring back over the loose grounds .....I keep the spout tightened up and a cup under it to help catch what leaks out after it cools down.... I guess if it keeps the water hot its not a total loss but I would look to a find something better...I bought it to replace our old one that had sprung a leak after being used close to 45 years. this one didn't make it a year.....and of course the warranty has ran out....
