I just got it 2 hours ago, and put it on in the rain, it is now drying out. In a few days ill be able to work on the outside windows under the tarp and dry. its a good size. it weighs 19lbs very tuff, compared to the blue type you buy at sporting good, or home improvement stores. thick, and strong, I was able to pull over the trailer without ripping it. the trick with tarps is tie them down good leave no flapping or loose ends.. I put a lot of bungy cords on to keep trim taunt "not tight" but taunt i.e. "near the bungies maximum stretch" for flex I also made a "50ft bungy" an went around entire trailer for extra holding, as shown in the pictures. I didn't leave anything loose to flap around at tare. by allowing the flexing bungy, This will keep the tarp from ripping or grommets from pulling out... I have had many tarps in my life, but this is by far the heaviest I have used. i think my trailer is going to weather this year well... thanks i recomend this...its well made.

Last about a year or so if exposed to extreme heat

I ordered two tarps to cover hay. The hay is under a shed with exposure on four sides. They worked great for a year or so! Started to tear. They were nice, but that is about as long as they last being exposed to extreme heat in Arizona.

This was the perfect size to cover my RV. I had a bad storm come through with very high winds and the grommets held better than I expected. I lost one and the tarp tore a little on 2 others. Not bad for 65 MPH winds and very heavy rain. I will buy again.

Has worked great through one winter so far. Used for my travel trailer cover. Kept up good for the snow, rain etc.. it did tear on one hole where the bungee held on.. other than good for a Utah winter for sure. Held up more than expected..
Replaced garage manufacturer's substandard cover.

I had a ShelterLogic "garage in a box" and the top lasted just a year when the wind tore it and whipped it off the frame. I decided to replace it with this heavy duty tarp and heck, did this work too. I slung it over the old frame and tied it down with good quality bungees and it has survived several strong windstorms and it is still there. I would definitely use this brand tarp again for any similar jobs. Great products.
A use that many do not have.

I do not fall into the normal group of people who buy this tarp. I bought this things for one reason. To make a swimming pool for my kids. You herd right. 14 hay bales, some sand, and 2 or 3 tow straps made me a 20 foot by 12 foot by 3 foot deep swimming pool for the cost of 1 tarp. I could not see paying 500 plus for the inflatable swimming pools that are easily torn. I live out in the country and the one thing I do have is tow straps and hay bales. Enter the tarp. I used some extra sand I hate just to make sure i did not puncture the tarp itself and it managed to hold water ALL SUMMER LONG. Best money I ever spent, will likely work next year too.
great product!

Wow, this thing is tough! I used it for 4 straight months as a cover for a temporary outside garage to build my teardrop camper under. My real garage is full of stuff. Used 2 ez up canopies as supports and then tied down the edges of this tarp about every other grommet. It has made it under falling tree branches, multiple massive wind/rain storms (60+ mph winds). No tears, no leaks. It is huge, but worked great!!!!
Great quality and value for the money

I am impressed with this tarp/ cover. I did not expect this high of a quality for this price. I actually cut it apart into smaller sections and altered them to use as a cover for my raised vegetable beds so during the winter rains the nutrients do not get washed out. Would highly recommend this product

Used to cover my boat with the sky rack still attached, made a wood frame to prevent low points catching water puddles
Good for rain, but not full sun

I bought two of these last year to cover two boats in my back yard. They did the job of keeping the rain off, but disintegrated over the summer (I'm in Southern California). I've looked for something better, but it seems that if the cover blocks sun and lasts for years, it is not water proof. If it is water proof it will not be able to withstand constant exposure to the sun. I have purchased two more (its rainy season), and will soon get a quality shade cloth and supports to keep out sun. That is an extra $200 plus for me, but hopefully it will keep things cool and covered. I'll update after next summer with results. So basically, these covers are great if they are not exposed to sun for long periods of time and no worse than any other similar water-proof covers. If you need waterproof and sun resistant, you will probably need a combination of two different types of covers.
