Effective. These moisturizing drops really help my chronically dry eyes. The value is better than purchasing from my local store.

I don't like the dispenser

The medication is ok, but the dispenser is hard to use and dosen't dispense 1-2 drops but several, making kind of a mess since I have trouble hitting my eye with this dispenser. I squeeze hard to make the liquid come out, then too much comes. I've used drops for years and not had trouble hitting my eye, except with this one. I won't buy again.
