I think for the money, Kleins are the best pliers available. If my last pair hadn’t been stolen (and if the photo of the thief hadn’t been too dark), I’d still be using it. My delivery was by UPS and was horrible. I already have a problem with things being stollen by people who have no business on my property. UPS left my package on top of my mailbox, visible to the world. No delivery photo provided by UPS. I considered myself very lucky to have seen the package before it was swiped.

Item showed up dirty and clearly used. However looks to work for now. Very disappointed to be sent a second hand tool for brand new price.
