Designed with a curved 2” thick cushion to allow for an increased range of motion and 3” adjustable knee and ankle rollers for comfort, make this ab bench designed to develop well-defined abs without back or neck strain. Comfortable hang grips are added to insure a solid grip while doing lower ab work.
