A short maneuverable blade designed for preparing large vegetables. Large heel provides knuckle space while chopping. Features a one-piece handle that is injection molded to the tang using Grilon™, a hermetically sealed, fatigue-free, non-slip polyamide that will never deteriorate, is non-porous, and is resistant to high temperatures. Blended steel blade for shine, sharpness, flexibility, corrosion, stain & acid resistance. Hand wash. 4" / 10cm.
