You Will Need: • 1 egg • 1 stick (4 oz) softened, not melted, butter In a big bowl, beat 1 egg. Add 1 stick (4 oz.) of soft (not melted) butter. Stir in bag of Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix and blend everything together until the dough has formed a ball. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1/2-1 hour. Preheat oven to 375°F. Pull off pieces of dough and roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll balls in separate bag of cinnamon sugar, then place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with your palm. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, and then carefully remove Snickerdoodles from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to cool. Enjoy! |

You Will Need: • 1 egg • 1 stick (4 ounces) of softened butter • 1/4 cup (2 oz)of your favorite peanut butter First of all, turn oven on to Bake 375°F. In a big bowl combine softened butter and 1/4 cup (2 oz) of your favorite peanut butter. Stir together until smooth and creamy. Next, stir in 1 egg and then add Mix. Stir, again, until all ingredients are combined. With your hands, roll dough into balls the size of walnuts, and place on an ungreased cookies sheet. Flatten balls with a fork, criss-crossing in 2 different directions. (Balls may not flatten much). Sprinkle each cookie with 2-3 chips. Bake for 10-12 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand for a couple of minutes then, transfer cookies from the cookie sheet onto a wire rack to cool. Mmmmm! Enjoy! |
