• 1/2 cup of milk • 1/3 cup of oil • 1 egg • 4 oz. softened butter (no melted) • 8 oz. cream cheese 1. Heat oven to 3500F. Line muffin cups with paper liners. 2. Combine milk, oil and egg with mix in large bowl; blend well. Divide evenly among muffin cups. 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs backs when lightly touched and toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely. 4. Frosting, beat cream cheese, butter and frosting mix until smooth. Spread over cooled cupcakes. Make 12 minutes. |
