Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting Directions
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp. of milk 
  • 1/3 cup of oil  
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. softened butter (not melted)


Cupcake Mix: Preheat oven to 350°F.Combine mix with 1/3 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of oil and 1 egg. Mix until well blended and there are no large lumps. Place cupcake liners in muffin pan and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack, cool completely.

Frosting Mix: In a bowl combine 8 ounces of softened (not melted) butter and Frosting Mix. Beat until smooth then incorporate 1 tablespoon of milk. If the frosting seems a little too thick to spread easily, add more milk by the tablespoon. Spread over cooled cupcakes.

Enriched Wheat Flour (bleached wheat flour, enzyme, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Alkalized Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), Chocolate Fudge Flavor Powder (cocoa, maltodextrin, natural and artificial flavor, dextrose, acacia gum, starch, silicon dioxide, and propylene glycol), Natural Vanilla Powder, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate.
Buttercream Frosting:  Confectioner’s Sugar (sugar, corn starch), Alkalized Cocoa Powder, Natural Vanilla Powder

Red Velvet Cupcakes & Cream Cheese Frosting Directions

• 1/2 cup of milk

1.    Heat oven to 3500F. Line muffin cups with paper liners.
2.    Combine milk, oil and egg with mix in large bowl; blend well. Divide evenly among muffin cups.
3.    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs backs when lightly touched and toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
4.    Frosting, beat cream cheese, butter and frosting mix until smooth. Spread over cooled cupcakes. Make 12 minutes.
