Depending on the size of the sash, these locks can be used as singles or in pairs. Each set includes two locks and two keepers, installation fasteners and simple instructions. Installation of these sash locks is easy and can be done with a simple handheld Phillips head screwdriver. Other design features include a low-profile keeper, cam-action fastening, and 1-1/2 inch mounting hole centers on the lock. These sash locks are for use on older vertical sliding wood windows where the checkrails (also known as “meeting rails”) of both the inner and outer sash rest flush.
