You will need: • 1 1/2 cups of milk • 8 oz. whipped cream cheese • Your favorite prepared pie crust In a bowl combine the pie mix, 1 1/2 cups of milk and an 8 ounce tub of whipped cream cheese. Beat on low speed of mixer, or hand mix, until there are no lumps. Spoon filling into your favorite premade pie crust. Garnish, if desired, with whipped cream and a dusting of powdered sugar and thin slices of lime rolled in sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
