You Will Need: • 2 eggs • 1 stick (4 oz.)of softened butter Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter 8”x8” baking pan. In a bowl, beat 2 large eggs. Add Mix and 1 stick (4 oz.) of softened (not melted) butter. Gently blend everything together until combined. Pour into baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes (until a knife comes out clean with no wet batter on it). Do not overcook. Let cool as long as you can stand it, then cut into pieces and enjoy! For an extra treat, sprinkle the extra chips on top of the Brownies as soon as you take the pan out of the oven. The chips will melt and you can spread them smooth with a knife to make a delicious frosting. YUM! |
