You will need: ● 1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese ● ½ cup real mayonnaise Cheese ball Directions: Combine cheese with mayonnaise and packet of mix. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Roll into a ball or pack into a ramekin. If desired, roll Cheese ball in chopped pecans – or sprinkle on top of ramekin. Serve with crackers, fried chicken tenders and cut up vegetables. This mixture is also delicious stuffed into celery stalk and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dip Directions: Combine mayonnaise (we recommend Hellmann’s or Best Food) with sour cream and 1 packet of Mix. Cover and refrigerate an hour. Delicious served with celery sticks, pepper strips, crackers, and char grilled steak bites. Cheesy Hot Dip: Combine ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese with ½ cup cheddar cheese (or 1 cup/ 4 oz. of Mexican blend of cheeses) and ½ cup sour cream. Add packet of mix. Let stand one hour. Microwave for 1 minute at a time until cheese is melty and gooey. Or pack in small, oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with sliced jalapeno peppers for extra heat. This mix is also delicious added to taco meat, pasta sauce, combines with butter and spread on bread then toasted. |
