Can I return a Microsoft certified refurbished Surface?
Return policies for Microsoft certified refurbished devices are the same as for any new Surface. Please refer to the Microsoft Store Online or your third party retailer for complete information. Returns for credit are based on the policy of the retailer at which you purchased your Surface.
Can I purchase the Extended Warranty for my Microsoft certified refurbished product?
