Water makes up 99% of a cup of coffee, quality filtered water will improve your coffee experience. After grinding coffee beans for brewing method such as drip, espresso, or pour over follow the directions below. Proper coffee extraction needs water temperature 195 - 205°F. Ensuring correct water temperature will create the perfect cup of coffee. Suggested coffee dosing is 1 Table Spoon for 4 - 6oz of water. Example: 4 cup pot of coffee 12 Table Spoons of coffee makes a strong pot.
