Constructed with premium PET film and a durable hot melt adhesive, this 6–7 oz reflective vinyl bonds securely to medium and heavy-weight fabrics using a heat press or household iron. It is specifically designed for heat transfer applications and is not intended for sewing or self-adhesive use. The vinyl is machine washable, shrink resistant, wrinkle resistant, and quick drying, maintaining a reflective coefficient greater than 422 through more than 50 home wash cycles at 60°C (140°F). When applied using the recommended heat transfer process, it provides durable adhesion and long-lasting reflective performance. Certified to ANSI/ISEA 107-2015, CSA Z96, and EN ISO 20471 standards, this reflective heat transfer vinyl is an excellent solution for manufacturing, repairing, or customizing high visibility garments and safety apparel.
