The F-16 Flying Falcon is one of the most prolific modern jet fighters in the world. Flown by 26 different countries, including the U.S., the F-16 has seen service throughout the world. It has been involved in a multitude of combat operations starting in the 1980s, including both Iraq conflicts and a number of other operations throughout the Middle East. The model represented here, the F-16C, represents the modernized version of the 30 year old aircraft. A huge array of technical enhancements gives the F-16C tremendous tactical capability, and there are significant differences between several different production runs of the F-16C.
