The EZE-LAP Diamond Knife Sharpening Kit offers the state of the art in sharpening technology. This professional sharpening kit features a unique diamond surface that is so quick and easy to use that anyone, even those unsuccessful with other sharpeners, can obtain a razor edge. The multiple diamond cutting surfaces on these diamond sharpening stones are permanently bonded in a stainless steel alloy. These diamond stones work quicker and easier than conventional stones and can be used with or without oil or water.
