The hat suspension connects to the shell in six points using 1-inch wide straps, providing a better weight distribution, improving comfort. Have confidence your hat will stay on with an easy to adjust ratchet suspension fitting head sizes 6 1/2 to 8, multiple vertical adjustment points, and a fit below the nape to ensure a snug fit. The wide crown area also allows for maximum airflow above the head along with additional protection from the elements. The replaceable cotton brow pad absorbs sweat and cools with air vents via the headband. The S61 is an OSHA compliant hard hat and meets the ANSI Z89.1 Type I, Class E & G standard, and has optional requirements of high temperature (HT), low temperature (LT) and reverse wearing.
