Our coconut sponges are made from plant fibers like tree pulp (cellulose), cotton fibers, and coconut. When processing the kitchen sponges, we release fewer toxins than traditional cellulose sponge manufacturing. When your natural sponge has outlived its usefulness, it is also 100 percent biodegradable and can be composted.
