For slight sticking, soak in hot soapy water for 15-30 minutes and wipe with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth. For deeper cleaning, prepare a paste of 3 parts baking soda to 1 part water and apply to surface of pan with a nonabrasive sponge or cloth.
