The Ardent Spinning reel features a 10 +1 Ball Bearing System for a smooth, quiet retrieve, a 5.5:1 gear ratio and a cold forged aluminum spool. Control fish through the fight with a multi-stack drag system and CNC machined handle anodized with a rubber crank knob. The anti-reverse is easy to get to under the body and the graphite frame is designed to be lightweight with maximum rigidity.
