Sorry, the last Woot! "logo"ed thing I got was cast iron. (I'm not counting the screaming monkeys!)

I bought the Henckels chef's knife several years ago when Linens 'n' Things was going out of business. It's a sharp, well-built knife. I like the handle, but it's heavy. I prefer to use my Shun Classic.
