Speaking of "old acquaintance"... Is it just me, or do others miss the old woot?

Now that this is Amazon, there is so much higher end crap here (and I don't mean the good Bunch of Cheer stuff, either).

I remember when outrageously expensive stuff used to be posted for a joke... now it's front page "REAL" stuff.

(... woot, get off my lawn.)

I miss seeing the gadgety stuff, still. I also don't see mid and lower range MP3 players on here, and my old one went missing.
