I just purchased (2) 12" springform pans w/glass bottoms, and a 10" tall standard springform for about $6/ea. @ TJMaxx. Most of the time I purchase NSF-graded pans and other supplies @ a restaurant supply store since I have a pro cooking background. I would like to say that Cuisinart is NOT crap, and I own a bunch of their products. Also, Sur la Table is NOT all that. They have as much overpriced junk as Williams-Sonoma. This is a pretty decent starter set for the price. I would suggest comparing prices to your local restaurant supply co., as most of them sell to the public. Professional stuff last longer, works better and won't necessarily kill your budget since it's all pretty competitively priced.
