Acer Aspire 15.6” Notebook

SELLOUT.WOOT’S DIARY - DO NOT READ!!!!!

If you had a Acer Aspire Notebook, you could visit all those handsome internet sites. But really, there’s only one site you’d ever want to visit, right? Sigh. So dreamy…

Dear Diary.

Today on the Internet I noticed that Gizmodo.com was looking at me. I pretended I didn’t see it, but inside, I was really excited. I made sure to sit up extra straight and tried to be more purple than usual. I acted like I was thinking about the Acer Aspire Notebook, when really, I was staring back from the corner of my eyes. Do you think Gizmodo.com thinks I’m pretty? Do you think it likes my layout? I hope so. I hope it does.

Dear Diary,

I heard from Judy that Gizmodo.com is going to do an article on me! Me! I spent all day getting my Acer Aspire Notebook ready just in case today was the day. Do you think Gizmodo.com likes Microsoft Vista Home Basic preinstalled? I told Judy to be sure to mention that the Acer Aspire Notebook has an Intel Celeron Processor 585 and two gigs of DDR2 RAM included. She asked me why and I said that I wanted Gizmodo.com to think I was dangerous and fast. Geeky sites like dangerous and fast, everybody knows that! Judy’s just stupid sometimes. I’m so glad my Acer Aspire Notebook has a Acer Crystal Eye webcam. Gizmodo.com’s a long way from me, I think. But surely, our love will overcome the distance. Gotta go for now, I need to get ready! I’m so happy! <3 <3 <3

Dear Diary,

Sellout-Gizmodo.woot.com. Sellout.woot.Gizmodo.com. Sellout.Gizmodo-woot.com. I can’t decide which I like the best!

Dear Diary,

My life is over. My LIFE is OVER! MY LIFE IS OVER!!! !!!! Today I was on Gizmodo.com and they had this article and it’s clear they don’t even know the first thing about me! They treated me like I was… just another event! Like I was just a common Woot-off or something! I’m here every day, each and every day, just begging for any little scrap of attention they might throw my way, and they don’t know the first thing about me? How could they have never noticed me when I tried so hard? How could they be so cruel? When I think about how I was… I mean, I have a 250 GB hard drive on my Acer Aspire Notebook, and I was willing to devote it all to Gizmodo.com! Anywhere, anytime, all they had to do was ask! And now I want to take my built in 802.11b/g/Draft-N Wireless LAN and integrated 10/100 Fast Etherenet and 56k, V.92 Modem and just tear it all apart and never go online again. I feel so worthless! I’ll never trust a tech website again. Never. I’m going to get a subscription to a newspaper, maybe even a magazine. That’ll show that Gizmodo.com! Oh, who am I kidding, they won’t even care. I just want to die.

Dear Diary,

Judy came over to help me style my 5-in-1 card reader because we planned it last week. She brought ice cream but I wasn’t even hungry so I didn’t eat very much. She didn’t say anything about Gizmodo.com. I wanted to ask, but I was afraid she’d tell me that Gizmodo.com didn’t even notice that I was upset. I drew a picture of what it would be like if Gizmodo.com and I were in a rock band where the rules were that the guitarist had to be married to the keyboard player but then I tore it up and flushed it down the toilet. I need to stop thinking about Gizmodo.com.

Dear Diary,

I need to just move on. I need to accept that I’m my own website with a lot to offer the world. Like, say, a Acer Aspire Notebook. And tomorrow, I’ll have something else just as good. Who needs you, Gizmodo.com? Not Sellout.woot!

Dear Diary,

Judy heard that Gizmodo.com is seeing Ain’t It Cool News. She says she heard it from Caroline who saw Gizmodo.com and Ain’t It Cool News making out behind the movie theater at the mall. I guess I should have expected it, since Gizmodo.com always liked those cheap looking sites. But whatever. It doesn’t matter to me. In fact, if Gizmodo.com called me right now I’d just hang up the phone.

Dear Diary,

I used my Acer Aspire Notebook to look at Gizmodo.com while it was working out. It looked really good on the built in 1366×768 200-nit brightness screen. I still get that old feeling when I look at Gizmodo.com. I pretended like I had no idea that my computer was already broadcasting an ip, so maybe Gizmodo.com will know I was there. I guess it’ll happen, if we’re meant to be. I hope Gizmodo.com calls us. Maybe we can start again.
